Relationship between intellectuality, organizational communication, work autonomy, stress, burnout and a research

Today's top managers use up-to-date management approaches to ensure that their employees work toward their business goals. In other words, human resources management are attracting attention from top managers to operate up-to-date approaches. Due to the complexities and risks of hospitals and healthcare facilities, managers are more likely to approach these current approaches. In this thesis study, the relations between organizational variables such as Smart Simplicity, Organizational Communication, Work Autonomy, Perceived Stress and Burnout were investigated. In the first part of the thesis, there is an introduction about the thesis topic. In the second part of the thesis, a detailed literature search of research variables is given. In this section, the variables are introduced and the studies related to the variables are given. In the third part of the thesis, 2 hospitals located in the European province of Istanbul were surveyed by means of a survey. In this section, research model, research hypotheses and series analyzes are detailed. Statistical analyzes were applied to the obtained data and hypotheses were tested. In the last part of the thesis, results obtained from data analysis are included.
