Özet (EN)

Smart grids are trending technical subjects recently. Smart grid is a combination of the modern information system and the traditional electricity grid. Measurement and remote monitoring are very important processes for smart grids. In order to increase energy efficiency and efficiently manage the electricity grid accordingly, it is necessary to make predictions with high accuracy and use these predictions in decision-making processes. In this study, the design and implementation of smart measuring system and wireless remote monitoring system for smart networks is proposed. In order to control electrical energy consumption effectively, a system has been designed where users can instantly monitor the amount of energy they consume. An appropriate data transmission method was created with the different building architectures that make up the system, and the behavior of the architecture in the building and their usage methods were examined. An application will be developed by establishing a Node-RED network-based IoT (internet of things) structure for smart home and smart electricity networks. The IoT structure consists of sensors and actuators for monitoring and control. In IoT, a data set will be created by using the MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) communication protocol in the communication of the devices with each other, by recording the measurements made after measuring the power consumed by current sensors and electrical household appliances. Turkey Electrical Appliances Data Set's (TEEAVS) development, data mining or data sets easily accessible for research that will be done in machine learning.
