Özet (EN)
Today, the importance of smart grids are increasing. Smart grids, unlike traditional grids, have features such as remote monitoring, remote fault detection and intervention, inclusion of renewable energies in a more active grid. While all these are being done, it is expected that the security of data and access to correct information will be transparent. The security of this data can be provided with blockchain technology, which is one of the most popular technologies of today. Blockchain technology not only ensures the security of data, but also offers an autonomous workspace without being connected to a center. Applications such as per-to-per energy trading, energy exchange between micro-grids can be mentioned. Along with all this, electric vehicles, as a new topic, have been mentioned a lot lately. Factors such as rising oil prices, greenhouse gas effects, and climate agreements are causing the return to electric vehicles to quickly. When talking about electric vehicles, the biggest need will be charging stations and these charging stations are expected to produce the necessary energy from renewable energy sources at the most affordable price. In this thesis, a web-based application simulation is developed for a grid-connected electric vehicle charging station based on renewable energy. In this application, it is aimed that a grid-dependent (hybrid) charging station, registered in the system, produces from renewable energy sources and delivers the energy it produces to the end user without storage. It is planned to provide affordable energy to vehicles registered in the system and within the determined location range. By recording the charging histories of the vehicles on the blockchain, transparent and accurate information was tried to be presented. The application is web-based, written in phyton and uses the django web framework. As a result of the thesis study, a web-based and blockchain supported simulation environment was created and its application on scenarios was demonstrated.
