Determination of morpho-agronomic features and relations among features of some dry bean varieety lines in Aksaray ecological conditons

The study carried out in 2020 in order to determination the agricultural features and relations among features of some dry bean genotypes in Aksaray ecological conditions was established in the experimental area of Koçaş Agricultural Enterprises Directorate, which is 20 km away from Aksaray city center. The study, in which 30 genotypes were used, including 25 local dry bean materials selected as a result of selection within the scope of the TAGEM project carried out between 2016-2019 within the scope of the Middle Kızılırmak Valley with 5 registered dry bean varieties, was carried out in four replications according to the randomized blocks trial design. In the study; phenological characteristics such as the number of days of blooming and ripening (days) with number of days (days) to ripen (pieces) and agronomic characteristics such as plant height (cm), first pod height (cm), biological yield (g), number of branches in the plant, number of pods per plant (pieces), number of seeds per plant (pieces), seed yield per plant (g), hundred seed weight (g), number of seeds per pod and harvest index were investigated. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the genotypes of dry beans were significantly or very significantly affected by the examined phenological and agronomic characteristics. While the highest seed yield was obtained from the genotype G-215/1 with 42.21 g, the lowest grain yield was determined in the genotype G-204 with 6.41 g. As a result of the study carried out, it is very important that there are many local dry bean xiii genotypes that pass all standard varieties in terms of many agronomic features in terms of the variety candidate/candidates to stand out.
