Abstract (EN)

When designing active filters, it is aimed to find component values and calculate the transfer function. To achieve this goal, the use of conventional methods requires processing load and excessive time. Genetic algorithms, one of the heuristic methods, seek the best solution according to the survival principle of the best in the complex multidimensional search field, which minimizes error rates and results in appropriate processing time. In this study, by using the genetic algorithm features, successful results were obtained in the selection of active analog filters. Thus eliminates process complexity and finds component values for each new request. Successful results were obtained by comparing the amplitude responses obtained by the method used to provide the desired filter properties to the desired amplitude responses.
