Özet (EN)
This study is planned to search and to define the early growth of coronary artery disease due to microchimerism with the persons under age 55, who gave birth a boy and followed for Acute Coronary Syndrome.Total 31 persons with Acute Coronary Syndrome were enrolled this study. Patients were included both STEMI and NSTEMI. Coronary artery disease were determined by the way of coronary angiography. These persons who were determined coronary artery disease were searched for Y chromosome of SRY chain by PCR technique in order to find the existence of microchimerism. None of these persons were determined Y chromosome of SRY chain.As a conclusion; the persons under age 55 who gave birth a boy and followed for Acute Coronary Syndrome, microchimerism does not have any effect on the mechanism of immunoinflamatuary of early growth of coronary artery disease.
