Abstract (EN)

Aim: The distribution and comparisons of surface antigens in bone marrow and peripheral blood subgroups were investigated. According to sample frequencies, 48.9% of 45 samples were myeloblasts and 51.1% were myeloids, and the comparisons of surface antigens in myeloblast and myeloid subgroups of surface antigens in myeloid and myeloblast subgroups were examined. Material and method: This study was carried out by ten-color multiparameter Flow cytometry of peripheral blood and bone marrow samples of patients diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and routinely admitted to the Flow Laboratory within the Tissue Typing Laboratory, who came to the outpatient clinic and service of the Hematology Department of Malatya Turgut Özal Medical Center Research Hospital. scanned by the device and the resulting data histograms were recorded for evaluation. Results: The distribution and comparisons of surface antigens in bone marrow and peripheral blood subgroups were investigated. According to sample frequencies, 48.9% of 45 samples were myeloblasts and 51.1% were myeloids, and the comparisons of surface antigens in myeloblast and myeloid subgroups of surface antigens in myeloid and myeloblast subgroups were examined. Conclusion: As a result of the study, 71.1% of 45 samples were found to be bone marrow, while 28.9% were peripheral blood. According to the distribution of surface antigens in bone marrow and peripheral blood subgroups, CD13, CD14, CD15, CD33, CD34, CD38, CD11B, CD11C, CD64, CD68, CD117, HLADR and MPO antigens are between bone marrow and peripheral blood subgroup distributions and normal distribution. A difference was found, and when compared, it was determined that CD13, CD14, CD15, CD33, CD34, CD38, CD11B, CD11C, CD64, CD68, CD117, HLADR and MPO antigens did not show a statistically significant difference in bone marrow and peripheral blood subgroups.
