Thesis)Hüseyin TECİMERGAZİ UNIVERSITYINSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECNOLOGYJanuary 2007ABSTRACTIn this study, structural and optical properties of two different superlatticeAl0,43Ga0,57N/Al2O3 semiconductor thin film growth by metal organic chemicalvapour deposition (MOCVD) has been examined by using high resolution X-raydiffraction (HR-XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and photoluminescence(PL).
