Abstract (EN)
The conclusions of the researches on the stoppage properties of dosimetric materials show that there is a discrepancy within the small energy region. In this research, stoppage powers of positrons within the energy range 10 eV-10keV have been calculated by using different analytic and modified equations. Besides, mass attenuation coefficients have been calculated within this energy range and have been compared with the dose values at the targets for the investigation of the stoppage of the x-rays at the same targets.Key Words : Stopping Power, Dosimetric materials, Positrons, X-ray
