Abstract (EN)
The events that changed Kazakhstan's fate date back to the beginning of the 17th century. On these dates, Kazakh people who were invaded and oppressed especially by the Kalmuks desired to go under temporary Russia protection to be free from these calamities. Russians turned this demand into an advantage with various political plots and illegal actions and overtime, Russians both invaded Kazakhstan and conducted various works to assimilate Kazakh people. Captivation of the Kazakh people who later notices this great mistake brought together numerous national, cultural and social issues and riots were indispensable as they searched ways of salvation from this calamity. Within this context, "Alash" movement which is especially important during the fight for independence changed the fate of Kazakhstan for the second time. Alash Party and Alash rule problem that occurred at the beginning of Soviet rule deeply influenced Kazakh people in sociologic and political terms. While the people fought for independence, on one hand, the people were forced to face financial difficulties, negative socio-cultural consequences of missionary activities and psychology breakout due to the war on the other. Heroic patriots that will change the faith of the nation emerged under these conditions and started their actions by explaining the necessity of national liberalism to the people with press and publication. While the nationalist Kazakh intellectual segment reflecting the effect of literature on the people carried to the role to modernise the Kazakh political thought with great importance, numerous works issued on that period have a different value since these are the basis of today's contemporary Kazakh literature. The mark of these events that unfold within this frame is significant on the Kazakh people and the political structure of Kazakhstan. Although the Alash movement failed in the end, the effect of this movement evoked on the Kazakh people lasted for long years. Russians who want to eliminate the signs of this movement continued to work until the 1930s. Keywords: Kazak, Kazakhstan, Kazak Turkish, Kazak Literature, Alash
