Abstract (EN)

Mould morphology (microstructure and distribution of porosity) of investment block mould casting method is an important parameter that affects all process. Physical properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties are changing with morphology and these properties are very important because of having a determinant role for properties of cast products.Composition of investment casting moulds is a constitution from the base of gypsum and additions with different ratios controls the mould morphology. In this work, different additive materials used primarily and this material?s ratios in composition is optimizated and evolution of morphology is observed.
