Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine the diverse structural forms and harmonic language of the piano sonatas of Alexander Scriabin, one of the leading Russian composers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is thought that Scriabin's discovery of his own musical language would be better understood by analyzing his opus in three distinct periods. Among his many compositions spanning his short life, particular emphasis is placed on the 4th, 5th and 6th piano sonatas in order to shed more light on the parameters involved in the evolution of his style from its romantic roots to the frontier of modernism. Keywords: Scriabin, Sonata, Form, Harmony, Music.
