Abstract (EN)
In this study, mixtures of different silane structures and the TEOS (tetraethoxysilane) were hydrolyzed using acid catalyzator and water, so the stock solutions were created. Diethylene glycol dimethacrylate (DEGDMA) and diurethane dimethactylate (UDMA) organic matrixes were added on these system and obtained polymers by using T121, I184 and I819 radical initiators. During the study, polymer was formed by two different methods. The first curing process is to give form to the polymers and also provide controlled pressure, was made into syringes and in pressure cabin (capable of 7-10 bar pressure) and then was carried out at several temperatures and times. Secondly, the IPN systems were composed by exposure the prepared mixtures to UV lights in the Teflon molds. The systems were made by using one γ-silane and three different α-silanes respectively 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (MPTS), methacryloxymethyl methyldimethoxysilane (XL 32), methacryloxymethyl trimethoxysilane (XL 33), methacryloxymethyl methyldiethoxysilane (MDES) and finally the composing systems were compared. FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) and 13C NMR was used to investigate the bonding of generated systems. To determine the thermal stabilization of the prepared polymers, Thermogravimetric Analysis/ Differential Thermal Analysis (TGA/DTA) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) devices and to measure accurately the surface hardness, microhardness tester was used. The formation of the polymers structure was studied by SEM images.
