Abstract (EN)
This research, which was conducted to determine the effect of perceived ethical leadership on green organizational behavior, was conducted in Eti Maden Emet Bor Operations Directorate. The population of the research consists of civil servants, engineers and workers working in Eti Maden Emet Boron Operations Directorate. Data were collected from the mentioned employees by the survey method. Incompletely filled and incorrectly marked questionnaires were excluded from the evaluation, and a total of 319 questionnaires were evaluated. The data obtained after the application was transferred to the SPSS 22 statistical package program and subjected to various statistical analyzes in accordance with the purpose of the research. Percentage and frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation and regression analyzes were used in the research. According to the results obtained in the research, a significant and positive relationship was found between green organizational behavior and ethical leadership. In addition, it has been concluded that the ethical leadership perceptions of the employees have an effect on their green organizational behavior. The effects of the climatic ethical factor, which is one of the ethical leadership sub-dimensions, on green organizational behavior, environmental sensitivity, environmental participation and technological sensitivity, and the ethical factor in decision making on green organizational behavior and environmental participation were found. However, no effect of employees' ethical leadership perceptions on green purchasing, one of the sub-dimensions of green organizational behavior, was found.
