Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship of perceived job insecurity and organizational cynicism and the moderating role of perceived organizational support on this relationship The hypothesises of the study have been tested on a sample of 202 research assistants working at Muş Alparslan University. Study findings have demonstrated that perceived job insecurity affects cognitive, affective and behavioral cynicism negatively. In addition, it was found that the relationship of perceived job insecurity-cognitive cynicms is moderated by perceived organizational support. The moderating effect of organizational support on both job insecurity perceived-affective cynicism and job insecurity perceived-beahvioral cynicism relationship was found as non-significant.
