Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this research is to reveal the effect of perceived leadership types of bank employees on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Another aim of the study is to determine whether the types of leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction levels differ according to the demographic characteristics of the participants according to their age, gender, educational status and marital status. special operating in Turkey in the study, over 414 employees of foreign state-owned banks and the survey was conducted. The data collected in the study were analyzed with the help of SPSS program. In empirical analysis, t-test and one-way anova, regression and pearson correlation method were used. As a result of the analysis, a positive and statistically significant relationship was found between job satisfaction, internal satisfaction, external satisfaction, and transformational leadership, and interactive leadership perception. In addition, a positive relationship has been determined between the perception of leadership that gives freedom and organizational commitment, emotional commitment, attendance, normative commitment. In addition, it was determined that the leadership type, organizational commitment and job satisfaction levels perceived according to the demographic characteristics of the bank employees differed.
