Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the effects of perceived Nepotism, Cronyism, and Partisanship on organizational revenge were investigated. In the first chapter of the thesis, studies on the definition, historical development, relationship with some concepts, dimensions, types, methods of struggle and results of Nepotism, Cronyism and Partisanship concepts which are types of favoritism are examined. In the second chapter, the definition, determinants, forms of emergence and results of organizational revenge are examined. In the third chapter of the thesis, employees of the office in the main service building of a metropolitan municipality were selected as a sample and became the subject of research. After piloting the employees of the office, the survey form was applied. As a result of the survey analysis, it has been determined that perceived Nepotism by 24%, Cronyism by 25%, and Partisanship by 20% affected organizational revenge. Also, it has been determined that there are significant relationships between the marital status of the participants and their perceptions of Cronyism and Partisanship.
