Abstract (EN)

Organizational justice is a very important concept that underlines many issues such as career planning, motivation and job satisfaction of employees. Employees who feel that fair benefits are distributed at the workplace, fair distribution processes are performed, and relations are justly experienced during the distribution process will do much more efficient and beneficial jobs at the workplace as they are peaceful and happy. The concept of organizational justice, which will positively affect the satisfaction levels of employees, is a very important issue that needs to be focused on the people who are in the position of Supervisors at work. In this study, the effect of organizational justice on all aspects of job satisfaction (overall satisfaction, internal satisfaction, external satisfaction) of employees in a public hospital on the effectiveness of the employees in the hospital in which they work. This. two separate scales were used in the process. The first is the scale of Justice consisting of 9 questions and the other is the scale of commitment consisting of 18 questions. As a result of the study, it was determined that all dimensions of organizational justice were effective on overall satisfaction, external satisfaction and internal satisfaction.
