Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to determine the mediating effect of organization-based self esteem on perceived organizational support and psychological ownership. Field study was conducted on medical sales representatives working in the province of Adana. Research results demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological ownership; and it is mediated by organization-based self esteem. Beside this, research findings revealed that respondents'organizational support percepitons, psychological ownership and organization-based self-esteem levels differentiate according to their age, seniority and marital status.
