Abstract (EN)
The research is a correlation study in which the effects of organizational ethical climate perceived by employees of educational organization (elementary school, junior high school) on teachers' unethical behaviors. Data were collected from the teachers working in the primary schools in districts of Diyarbakır by the "Organizational Ethical Climate" and "Non-Ethical Behavior" scales. The results indicate that there is no statistically significant difference according to the selected variables in this research between the opinions of the teachers about the perceptions of ethical climate and unethical behaviors. It was determined that there were positive, mostly moderate, statistically significant positive relations between all sub-dimensions of the Organizational Ethical Climate Scale and Ethical Behaviors Scale. The effective perceived organizational ethical climate is the highest correlation with the ethical behaviors of the teachers toward the other teachers and students. The ethical climate perceived as socially responsible and ruled have in the highest correlation with the ethical behaviors of the teachers toward the other teachers and students. It is understood that there is a positive but low level of meaningful relationship between the organizational ethical climates perceived as beneficiary benevolent and principled and the all sub-dimensions of the Organizational Ethical Climate Scale.
