Abstract (EN)

In recent years, studies about writing of perceived organizational justice have started to gain speed in the literature. But when the studies are examined, it is seen that there isnt any study covering only public sectors in a specific district. Therefore, the effect of perceived organizational justice on job satisfaction is examined in the related public sectors within the scope of the study. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical part of perceived organizational justice is given. This context include , definition of perceived organizational justice, the factors affecting perceived organizational justice, the dimensions and theories of perceived organizational justice. In the second part, job satisfaction has examined and considered on individual and organizational factors affecting job satisfaction, models of job satisfaction notion and potential outcomes of job satisfaction. In the last and third part, reached results the effect on perceived organizational justice and job satisfaction after tested on the employess.
