The effect of perceived supervisor support on job and life satisfaction through psychological safety: A field study in export oriented businesses

In today's intense competitive environment, it is vital that the changing dynamics of foreign markets are predictable and interpreted by businesses. Achieving export targets and gaining competitive advantage depends not only on a good communication with external customers but also on the relationship with employees who can be called internal customers. In this context, the effect of perceived supervisor support on job and life satisfaction and the mediating role of psychological safety in this relationship were tried to be measured with this study conducted on the international labor (alien labor) employed in international businesses operating in our country. In the light of the analysis conducted at the end of this study, it was determined that perceived supervisor support has a significant and positive relationship on job and life satisfaction, and the mediating effect of psychological safety in this relationship.
