The impact of Ali al-Karakî on Imamiyye Shi'ism

From the past to the present, the Iranian nations has managed to stand in a very important position for the geography it is located in. This position has been maintained for many years. There are some time periods that are critical for the Iranian nations, which has shaped the future of the country. The Safavid State is perhaps the most critical of these time periods. Because knowing the problems faced by the Safavid State during the establishment phase and the policies it wants to implement for these problems will cause many problems to be solved even today. Thus, in the process of accepting the Shiism of the Safavid State, it was our main goal to try to examine what kind of function the Muhajir ulama, in which he brought from outside his own lands and benefited from his works and ideas, had here, and in particular to try to reveal Kereki's position here as much as possible. In the second chapter, we tried to examine Ali al-Kerekî's life, teachers, and works. We made evaluations about the environment in which he grew up and his scientific travels and looked for clues on the basis of the formation process of his ideas. We also tried to address the situation in connection with the idea of Gaybet. Because in the formation process of the Shiite fiqh, the idea of unbelief sat on the basis of this fiqh built by the followers with all its weight. This understanding, which almost interferes with each idea of the Shiite followers, has been the subject of many interpretations from the process of formation to the process of development. Since a little understanding of this situation will make our subject more understandable, we tried to examine the Gaybet process with different dimensions. During the formation phase of Kerekî's ideas, we thought that the dissociation of Usûlî-Ahbâri should be considered as a separate issue that needs to be examined. We tried to draw attention to the differentiation aspects of the situation by examining it superficially without going into too much detail about its differences. Because understanding the dissociation points will enable the ulama thinking like Kereki and Kereki to be more understandable. In this sense, we examined Kereki's ideas in this context. In the third chapter, the ideas of Ali al-Kereki were focused on. It is a fact that the understanding of the unseen from the Gaybet understanding in the fiqh of Isnaashariyyah had made fiqh static. Over time, this situation was tried to be overcome by using mental invasion methods in basic resources with the effort of the Usulli ulama. During the Safavid period, it seems that the fact that the understanding of Usulli felt the state power by his side made the situation even easier. Ali al-Kerekî's awareness of using this power has brought a new dimension to the fakih-sultan relations of the future. He created a privileged position for the Shiite fakihs with his works and fatwas. His mission, which he attributed to the fakih, especially in Friday prayer, tribute and regency of the Imam, strengthened his position more than ever.
