The research study and defining of the sources in "Dürerü'l-Hükkâm" written by Ali Haydar Efendi(788-832.items)

The work of art which I have been studying as master's thesis is the chapters of "Dürerü'l-Hükkâm Şerhu Mecelleti'l-Ahkâm" of Ali Haydar Efendi which are Vedî'a and Âriyet. When we think about of greatness of Ali Haydar Efendi's work, my study just includes a small part of it.Because the work "Dürerü'l-Hükkâm" is a source work of art, it is very natural that many thesis have been written about it. My study can be thought as continuation of previous works. This study includes two parts which has the entrance part explaining the works and the life of Ali Haydar Efendi and the other part which determines the sources when transferring the article 788.-832. to the Latin alphabet on the part of "Dürerü'l-Hükkâm" Kitâbi'l-Emânât. It is a honour to and my thesis which to have been putting so much effort for many years. It is a duty of mine to thank my consultant Prof. Dr. Mustafa YILDIRIM for his encouragements, motivation and guidance.I hope it will be both a helpful source for people who will get beefing from it, and a useful work.
