Ali Kerim's life, his art, theme of poems

The aim ofthis research is toexamine the life, art and literary personality of Ali Kerim, who has a great function in the development and modernization of contemporary Azerbaijani poetry. İn the light of written sources, the poet's works determine our method of study. Firstly, information about the topics that he embraced in his poems was mentioned and then the formal elements in his poems have been identified. The aim of our thesis is to present his sense of art in the context of form, content and lyrical discourse style based upon his poems. Thus, it will shed light on the understanding of Ali Kerim's ideas about literature who is among the firsts in Azerbaijani literature.
