Abstract (EN)
In this study, the antibacterial activity of Allium scorodoprasum L. subsp. Allium staticiforme and Allium subhirsutum extracts (acetone, methanol) againts microbial strains B. subtilis ATCC 6633, S. aureus ATCC 29213, E. faecalis ATCC 29212, S. typhimurium ATCC 14028, E. coli ATCC 25922, S. epidermidis ATCC 12228 P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853 and C. albicans ATCC 1029 antimicrobial effects were examined by using disc diffusion method. Addition, Allium staticiforme, Allium subhirsutum methanolic extracts were determined the antioxidant activities by using DPPH method and their total phenolics were determined by FCR method. Extracts of Allium staticiforme and Allium subhirsutum were showed high antifungal activity on C. albicans. It has been determined that it has a broad-spectrum antibacteril activity on the bacteria used. It was determined that extracts of Allium scodoroprsum rotundum did not show antimicrobial activity. The IC50 values of Allium staticforme and Allium subhirsutum were between 800-1300 µg / mL. Allium subhirsutum and Allium staticiforme in the flora of Turkey can be used as a new antifungals source.
