Interview during the recruitment process: Research for teacher recruitment in private schools

Main purpose of the research is to present a study that will help to determine the appropriate recruitment process and its methods with examining the stages of the recruitment process and the importance of the interview within this process. İn this study, which was conducted by the qualitative research method, interviews were made with seven private school administrators. The data obtained from these interviews were analyzed and evaluated. Due to the lack of sufficient resources and researches on teacher selection interview and recruitment process in private schools, it is thought that the study will make a significant contribution to the literatüre and to the private schools use interviews as a tool.
