Because the recruitment process is one of the most important processes that affect the entity's future performance it should be done with the most effective methods. Performance appraisal, by measuring whether the acquisition is enabled, helps to determine whether hiring is effective or not. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the recruitment process with the help of the results of the performance evaluation helps to determine how well the process work, which aspects of the recruitment process can be improved, and how to effectively design recruitment process. Once the recruitment process is designed, the effectiveness of the recruitment process should be continuously measured and continuously improved. For this reason companies need to determine continuously whether the hired staff is appropriate to job requirements with the help of the performance appraisal practices and when the companies determine wrong choices, they should query the recruitment process that causes this wrongness, make the necessary arrangements, and move forward with the recruitment methods that provide high performance. Keywords: The Effectiveness of the Recruitment Process, Performance Appraisal.
