Evaluation of German vocational education model from the point of Turkey

Vocational Education is an issue which has crucial importance for both reaching individual purposes and contributing to social development. It is an inevitable necessity to identify and improve individual skills according to current conditions in a global and competitive world. In our counrty, vocational education needs to be evaluated in many ways, especially in terms of efficiency. In this study, In addition to discussing Turkish Vocational Education System, German Vocational Education model will be evaluated with regard to Turkey. In this issue, German Vocational Education system, which is indicated as an example of success all over the world, will be focused. During evaluation, important factors affecting the process of vocational education will be identified and activities, methods and bases on which two countries vocational education is based on will be compared. Informative datas about both countries' vocational education systems will be created under specific titles with investigation based on literature review. It is expected to reach some results by comparing these informative datas. This analysis will be helpful to reach some outcomes which can be interpreted and used for new suggestions.
