Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of formwork on some of the surface characteristics of concrete.During the experimental investigation to determine the effects of formworks on the physical properties of concrete, four wooden formworks, having 60x60x10 cm3, were prepared. On three of the formworks surface different kinds of oils that have different physical properties was applied, K1 formwork divider, K2 concentrated, K3 wooden and plywood properties Other formwork was used as a reference without oil. C20 concrete was placed to the prepared formworks and compacted with vibration.Surface hardness, compressive strength, tensile splitting strength, density, carbonation depth, capillary water absorption, pulse velocity and abrasion resistance tests were performed.Finally, according to all measured properties on the concrete blocks and concrete samples taken form these blocks, the formworks that applied oil on surfaces have more agreeable results more than the reference formwork and the reference formwork has the least result. The formwork applied K2 concentrated oil has the best result.
