Abstract (EN)
The designs of the structures like potable water distribution, sewerage system removal and rain water collection systems which are important in terms of human health and which are one of the development indicators of the societies have been performed by post optimality analysis and high cost. The performance of these analyses requires a long time. Various modeling programs are produced by aiming at performing these analyses under more optimum conditions and in a very short time by means of advancing technology and computer systems. Due to the fact that these programs have account forms which are very different from each other, some programs have come into prominence. The fact that these programs are compared with each other and it is searched and revealed that which program is more functional will facilitate the more reliable and smooth design and cost efficient construction of the structures which have great importance. The fact that infrastructure systems were not examined as a pack in the thesis studies performed on these matters previously constitute a drawback on this field. It is not a proper approach to distinguish the potable water system or rain water system from each other while only the programs used for sewerage system are compared with each other because the entire infrastructure system work and is designed in an integrated way. At the same time it is another handicap that the systems were not examined in terms of cost in the previous studies. When all these reasons are taken into consideration, it is envisaged that it would be more beneficial to compare not only the account criteria, material difference but also the cost by considering that it would not be appropriate to examine the mostly accepted lisp and software based two model systems as a pack instead of several modeling programs that are developed for infrastructure systems and to separate the systems from each other. It is monitored that the lisp program gets more appropriate and more cost efficient results than the software program. When considered as a modeling it is observed in the sewerage program that the software program is more appropriate and gets more cost efficient results despite the fact that there are no big differences in terms of the cost. Although no difference is observed in terms of modeling in the rain water system, it is monitored that the software program is superior to the lisp program.Key Words : Sewer, Water Supply, Storm Water, Calcuation, Design,Cost
