Today, using economic tools has become a situation that people prefer. Manufacturers are turning to materials and production methods that can provide fuel economy. In this direction, light but durable materials such as aluminum have been used frequently. For the same reasons, friction stir welding is used to join more and more products day by day. In this study, research was carried out on samples of Al6061 material prepared using different parameters. Tensile and surface hardness tests of these prepared materials were carried out. Obtained results were evaluated. The effect of tool feed rate on weld quality is discussed.
