Abstract (EN)

Adhesives have always attracted the attention of scientists for nearly 80 years and research has been done on them. Adhesives are fastening elements that are both lightweight and provide connection without the need for side materials and are used in many machinery industries due to these advantages. The bonding process takes place by applying a force that does not separate after the adhesive is applied by hand without the need for a special method. Adhesives are much more attractive than other methods because they are easy to find and fast to bond. In this study; Aluminum plates with different rough surfaces are glued. The adhered plates were adhered with two-component adhesive in 3 different roughness parameters and the durability of the surface roughness and adhesive thickness was investigated. Aluminum plates were tested experimentally under tensile load. The finite element method was used in the numerical solution and the results were interpreted.
