Abstract (EN)
A building is a collection of systems that consists of 4 main subsystems: structural systems, partitions, technical fittings and finishing systems. The components of these subsystems make up the building components. The purposes of the use of stock components in the production of a building are: costs reduction, shortening of the application period and the realization of target quality. The implementation process of stock structure component of aluminum curtain wall building subsystem includes the production of the aluminium curtain wall with a myriad of inputs and participants under time and cost restrictions. Due to the high number of inputs, adoption of an effective management strategy is crucial to the process. The most important part of aluminum curtain wall building subsystem, which envelopes the structure, is planning, performing and supervising the use of scarce inputs to improve efficiency. These actions should be integrated into the implementation process of overall management actions and factors via organization, coordination, standardization and problem solving strategies. In this thesis, the fundamental factors/inputs in the aluminium curtain wall building subsystem construction process are investigated and a decision support model for aluminium curtain wall building subsystem management is proposed. This model has two major objectives. First objective is associating important decision areas with the process and inputs to prevent management mistakes for the sake of upcoming projects. In order to attain this objective, making provisions to this effect will be necessary. The second objective is enabling corrective actions with the help of feedback mechanism.
