Abstract (EN)

In this study the flora and vegetation of Ambarlık Plateau (Çamlıhemşin/RİZE) were determined. During the study, 286 taxa and 152 genera included 44 families were identifıed. Six of identified taxa were Pteridophyta and other 280 taxa were Spermatophyta. Two of the Spermatophyta taxa are represented in Gymnospermae and 278 are represented in the Angiospermae subdivision. Of these 278 taxa, 224 belong to Magnoliopsida and 54 belong to Liliopsida classes. The families with the highest taxa in the study area were found to be as Asterceae (38 taxa), Poaceae (21 taxa), Rosaceae (20 taxa), Caryophyllaceae (16 taxa), Scrophulariaceae (15 taxa), Lamiaceae (14 taxa), Liliaceae (12 taxa). The endemism rate of taxa was determined as 9,09 %. According to the phytogeographical regions of the taxa in the study area were determined as unknown (108 taxa), Euxine (89 taxa), Europea - Siberia (56 taxa). Hyrcano - Euxine (19 taxa), lranian-Turanian (11 taxa) and cosmopolitan (3 taxa) respectively. In the research area 7 alpine shrub and meadow phytososiological plant communities were found. These were Agrostio lazicae - Sibbaldietum parviflorae Vural 1996, Gentiano septemfidae - Nardetum strictae ass. nova, Sibbaldio parviflorae- Coronilletum balansae ass. nova, Vaccinio uligunosae - Hedysaretum hedysaroidae ass. nova, Stachyo macranthae - Polygonetum carnei Vural 1996, Vaccinio myrtilli - Rhododendretum caucasici Vural 1996, Vaccinio uligunosae - Rhododendretum caucasici Çobanoğlu 2012.
