Abstract (EN)

Quinolines exhibit a variety of pharmacological properties according to the substituents they contain, which can be identified as benzene derivatives adjacent to the pyridine ring, which belong to the pyridine class. Natural and synthetic quinolines are known to have antifungal, antitumor, HIV replication inhibitor and antibacterial properties. Furthermore, chloroquine, amodiakine, dibucaine hydrochloride and artificial quinoline, an important dye, are used in the treatment of diseases. Amino acids and peptide sequences are compounds with a broad spectrum of biological activity. Amio acid and peptide conjugates are compounds of great importance in understanding biological functions. The N-acyl benzotriazole method developed by the Katritzky group is a highly effective synthesis method for the coupling of amino acids and peptides with possible biologically active heterocyclic structures. It is also expected that the compounds intended to be synthesized exhibit good biological activity due to their high biocompatibility due to their amino acid / peptide content. In this Master's thesis, 19 new amino acid or dipeptide-quinoline derivatives were synthesized sucessfully and their structures were elucidated by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS, FT-R spectroscopy and element analysis techniques. KEYWORDS: Amino acid, dipeptide, quinoline, N- (α-acilbenzotriazoles)
