Abstract (EN)

Ferromagnetic amorphous ribbons produced by different production techniques have been used in many areas of technology. The magnetic properties of these materials can be improved by appropriate heat treatments. In this study, amorphous and nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 (FINEMET) ribbons were investigated. X-rays were measured to determine the crystallization process of materials and the particle size was calculated based on this data depending on the temperature. Magnetization curves were measured to determine the magnetic properties. Coercivty values which are important parameters in determining the soft features were calculated from the magnetisation curves. Magnetoimpedance curves were obtained in the frequency range of 0.1-50 MHz. A small magnetoimpedance effect was observed in the as-received samples. The magnitude of the magnetoimpedance effect increases with annealing, indicating that they are magnetically softened by nanocrystallization.
