Because of they are the reason of existence of each other, buyer-supplier relationship have showed dramatical changes with national and international competition. Therefore, both sides make legal arrangement between each other to realize their relationship continually. The purpose of this study is to determine the nature of buyer-supplier relationship, progresses of it, from past to now. Also, this study aims at evaluating the effects of competition ability and market winning criteria agreed in subcontracting. Therefore, subcontracts are studied in detail. It is found out that price is one of the main factors regarding quality, technical aspect, etc., in subcontracting terms between buyers and suppliers.
