Determining sufficiency of kindergarden teachers regarding as preparation studies of reading writing

In the resaarch, that the determination of the ministry of National Education Kindergarden Teachers sufficiency concerning preparation studies for reading and writing has been determined the general aim. Also, weather there are differencies according to the teachers concerning preparation studies for reading and writing.The kindergarden teachers who work in the primary schools of central towns of Ankara constitute the universe of the research. The samples were determined as 468 teachers by rondom technique from pre-schools of Yenimahalle, Çankaya, Keçiören, Etimesgut, Altındağ, Sincan and Mamak central towns of Ankara city fort he validity ?safety study of teachers sufficiency determining scale in preparation study for reading and writing ın the research. By literature scanning, 82 items were determined in order to constitue ?Teachers Sufficiency Determining Scale in Preparation Study For Reading And Writings?. Six experts opinions were taken fort the scale. After taken experts opinions, the marks which the experts gave to each item were addet according to likert style degrecing scale and the result was divided by the number experts. Eleven items of which item value is below four were omitted. The validitiy safety study of scale which consists of 71 items was done, teachers sufficiency determining scale in preparation study for reading and writing was applied to the determined sample group.Other teachers are missed data. The compenent analyzing of the scale was done in SPSS 13.0 package programme scree plot bent shows the 8 factorial structure in validity study of scale and the items values were smaller than .50 were amitted. In the research, 0.05 meaning fulness level was the base in order to interpret the findings.In the research, ıt is observed that the teachers who work in kindergartens don?t have differencies according to their sufficiency concerning preparation studies for reading and writing by means of their age, accupational experiences, and the school which they were graduated (P>0.05).
