Pagan traces in Anatolian Christianity

Christianity is the most populous religion in the world today with 2.8 billion followers. There was no question that the influence of the ancient religions and cultures in the geographies where Christianity spread during the development process was completely erased and that it preserved itself as it came from God. Even less than a century after the death of Jesus, Christianity and the pagan Roman belief that it spread in the Mediterranean basin began to exist in each other. A number of pagan elements existing in Christian rites, Christianity's perception of god, spirit, savior and paganist traditions in holy times have survived until today. Although the sects have differences in this regard, they also got their share from the paganist tradition.
