The profile of women entrepreneurship in Anatolia: Problems in business establishment processes, after problems: The example oq Sivas city

As entrepreneurship, which constitutes an important area of employment in the economic field, has become important today, the issue of women's entrepreneurship has started to find its place in the literature. In this study, the consept of entrepreneurship is examined. Later, women's entrepreneurship subject were examined in the world and in Turkey. Feminism, women and gender equality are also discussed in this thesis study. The aim of the study is to idenfity the problems of women entrepreneurs who are active in Sivas after the establishment process and their problems. And to offer solutions to these problems. Therefore, in the implementation part of the study, 124 entrepreneur woman who self-employed in Sivas were surveyed and analyzed. In this study, it has been determined that women entrepreneurs prefer to be entrepreneurs to again economic independence. In addition, the high level of rents in the process of business estanlishment has caused difficulties for women entrepreneurs. Women entrepreneurs want technical support from the state. As a result of the study, suggestions were made to reduce the problems of female entrepreneurs in the beginning of business and in the future.
