Abstract (EN)
In this research has been studied the production conditions of pulping in the woods of Anatolian Chestnut (Castanea sativa Mill.) and Turkish Nut (Carylus colurna L.) by the method of craft-boron (NaBH4).In this study twelve cooking have been practised by changing active alkali ration and cooking duration for Turkish nut and chestnut to determine optimum cooking by using craft cooking method. It has been done cooking by addition of %0,5, %1 and %1,5 of NaBH4 into the cooking solution to investigate the effect of boron component.Evaluating the findings, by keeping the warmth fixed at 1600 C, the best cooking conditions have been obtained %25 sulfite, for chestnut wood; %22 active alkali, 90 minutes cooking duration and with the addition of %1.5 sodium borhydrure; as for the Turkish nut wood, % 16 active alkali, 60 minutes cooking duration, by addition of % 1.5 sodium borhydrure. To sum up, it has been releaved out that the increase of pulping yield, the physical brilliance in the craft cooking added sodium boron hydrure.
