Özet (EN)

Anatomical studies are of important in understanding of ontogenetic and phylogenetic developments of plants and animals. While the anatomical characters including type and distribution of vascular bundles in plants play key role in determination of higher systematical taxa, their size at cellular level, number of secretory duct, and characteristics of distribution shape and number are critical to distinguish taxa possessing close characteristics. Grape has become a prominent plant for human throughout the history along with becoming an important commodity and accepted as holly gift. Due to its rich nutritional and commercial value, grape is a common crop worldwide, which then turns into formation of different varieties all over the world. In this study, we collected plant samples of Öküzgözü, Narince, Syrah, Boğazkere, Kalecik Karası, Viognier, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanch from Toklümen settlement of Kırşehir. For each type of grape samples of stem, leaf, petiole, fruit-stalk and seed were collected from 3 plants. Anatomical observation was performed using paraffin embedment and light microscopy. 51 different characters that are from stem, leaf, petiole, fruit-stalk and seed with 16, 13, 7, 5 and 10 different characters. Besides, any key features faced was included into the study. Certain key features were observed as statistically meaningful among the grape types. Based on the produced data and literature comparison, anatomical characters can be different based on the type of grape as well as that environment can trigger alteration in the anatomical properties of the grape types.
