Abstract (EN)
This study aims at examining the validity and reliability of d-ASIS –the digital application of Anadolu-Sak Intelligence Scale (ASIS)- and demonstrating the digital applicability of visual sub-scales of ASIS. The study was conducted in 2018-2019 academic year, in a state school of the city of Eskisehir with 329 participants. The data were collected in two stages by applying ASIS standard form - d-ASIS order to 292 students and d-ASIS - ASIS standard form order to 37 students. While examining the psychometric properties of d-ASIS, for reliability analysis, internal consistency (Cronbach's Alpha) and inter-coded reliability (Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient) analyzes were performed. Since alpha values were between .82 and .96 on the basis of subtest and index, internal consistency reliability was found to be good and excellent, and inter-coded reliability was excellent (r = 1.00, p <.001). In convergent validity analysis, the correlation scores between d-ASIS and ASIS scores were found to be meaningful and high (r=.55-.91, p<.001). In terms of developmental validity, d-ASIS scores had moderate and high correlation scores with age (r=.49-.78) and education levels (r=.48-.77).Correlation values of the relationship between d-ASIS and course grade averages within the context of concurrent validity were found to be between .32 and .70, while a positive relationship between d-ASIS and academic achievement was observed. As a result, scientific evidence is presented for using d-ASIS as an alternative measurement tool. Keywords: Anadolu-Sak intelligence scale, ASIS, Digital application, Reliability, Validity.
