The target group of this empirical study are the students of Economic and Administrative studies and their leisure time activities. The seventy five percent of the student population are not Eskişehir citizens,. And this percent of the population does not have their pex-sonal radio, television and other communication means» They need to attend or participate some of the social ox" cultural activities but their economic status do not let them to answer this need» Leisux'e Time Evaluation Centers are seen as solutions to these problems» By this way, the social and cultural activity needs. of students will be answered and they will be taken out of the "time consuming places" as coffees or tea saloons and they will be diverted to evaluate their leisxire time instead spending it. The administrators of universities must be very interested with this contemporary subject and tx-y to build new opportunities for valuable leisure time activities»
