Abstract (EN)
Solving the problems of living and working conditions of employees is important to reduce the hitch of health care. Because of this; the studies, which analyze the quality of life of health care providers are niggling in these In this study, we plan to obtain and analyze data of the anesthesiology residents living conditions and work stress. The anesthesiology residents are predicted that they have more heavy duty according to other branches. The aim of this study is to guide the other studies which can reduce the stress and improve the living conditions.The universe of this study is the residents of anesthesiology and reanimation at the aegean region. We implement the participants a survey which query the defining characteristics, Karasek Standard working stress and WHOQOL-BREF-TR life quality tests. Between 06/2012 and 09/2012 we inform the residents of anesthesiology and reanim At our study work stress was higher according to other studies. That was caused by the long working hours, higher number of shifts per month, most time experience with severe illness and death, the need for them at night and day, workload, economic uncertainty and a sense of responsibility of anesthesiology.According to the results obtained in this study; reduce job stress will improve the quality of life. Work-related stress has negative impact on quality of life. The freedom to decide and social support improve the quality of life. To improve the quality of life of residents of anesthesia; reducing the workload, increasing the freedom of decision at work and provision of social support they need would be correct.ation about the study face to face. The study is done bye responding to self-survey methomethodd. There were the ballot boxes at the educational institutions and at regular intervals we collected the surveys.
