11 INTERIOR ANALYSIS OF 5 STARS HOTEL' BEDROOMS SITUATED TO ANKARA (An M.S. Thesis) Kubulay ÇA?ATAY GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY December 2004 Abstract In this study, normal and suit bedrooms of three 5 star hotels having the same standards were compared to each other. The data of this research were gathered by a questionnaire that was prepared and developed for the purpose of this research and applied to personnel and customers of these hotels. Data belonging to these spaces were also acquired by marking on a detailed inventory form. In addition to these, videos of these rooms recorded, photographs were taken and the rooms' playout were drew. In respect of architectural structures, interior equipment elements, its open and closed areas were determined. As a result, it was determined that open and closed areas of the bedrooms of these hotels, especially suite rooms, are different from each other.
