Abstract (EN)

Positioning has been one of the most fundamental endeavors since the beginning of human history. The satellite-based positioning systems that we use today are the most effective method among the solutions that are built for this purpose. Location information can be obtained in real-time, accurate and economical ways through systems. In line with technological developments and the new measurement methods found, the position accuracy obtained through the GNSS is increasing day by day. In the present case, GNSS and GNSS-based systems are part of many platforms that we face in our daily life. One of the areas where satellite-based positioning systems are effectively used and beneficial is local management. It has been observed that Network-RTK systems, which provide fast, high accuracy and reliable location accuracy in particularly confined areas are frequently utilized while local management activities. There are many examples of Network-RTK that have been successfully utilized in this area in our country and around the world (e.g. TUSAGA-Aktif, ANSAGA, UKBS etc.). The study examined the ANSAGA network, which is a pioneer of Network-RTK applications in our country. The responsibility of the network belongs Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Directorate of Reconstruction and Urban Planing, Geographic Information Systems Department. Network setup, history and physical structure has been examined and the potential areas of use have been determined. In the applications carried out, satellite monitoring data collected continuously for 72 hours from network stations in 2019, 2020 and 2021 through was analyzed with the "Leica Infinity" software. Using IGS stations as checkpoints, the coordinates of ANSAGA network stations in the ITRF2020 reference system have been obtained, and the network's internal and external accuracy have been studied.
