Abstract (EN)

Within the scope of the thesis, the changing service offerings and demand structure depending on the Covid-19 process were examined through boutique hotels in Ankara. Considering the relationship of service industry with the external environment; within the economic potential and the size of the market, the changes that the tourism industry has experienced was tried to be observed. The new era adaptations in the tourism industry, which are mentioned in the studies, was examined within the scope of the research method. In the study, the structured interview technique, which is accepted as one of the qualitative research methods was used. In accordance with the face-to-face interviews, business managers of boutique hotels which certificates approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism were interviewed. In the interviews, questions regarding the purpose of the research were asked and answers that were expected to contribute to the industry were sought. Within the information obtained through literature review and face-to-face interviews, suggestions that are expected to be an example for future studies are presented.
