Abstract (EN)

In Ankara, where natural gas is first commisioned in Turkey non-conformities determined for the indoor natural gas installations in the buildings, non-project uses, installations that do not comply with legal regulations, use of inappropriate natural gas devices, use of natural gas devices connected to the inappropriate chimneys have been inspected by expert personnel. Distribution Compliances identified in the building in Ankara, which supplies gas inside the first use of natural gas in Turkey, off-project uses, installations that do not comply with legal regulations, inappropriate use of natural gas appliances and inappropriate use of natural gas appliances in chimneys, controls were carried out by expert personnel in subjects. As a result of the controls, the places carrying the risks were built by the subscribers in accordance with the last updated legal regulations of the companies authorized by Başkentgaz. Natural gas supply of high risk areas has been stopped. It was re-inspected by specialist personnel whether these spaces were built by authorized companies in accordance with the latest updated legislation and if appropriate natural gas put into service. In this study, the current situation analysis, the non-conformities encountered and determined, the results, the assessment and the recommendations are stated as a result of the inspections carried out by expert personnel in Ankara.
